its the end....

just sending my thesis to the shop 4 hard cover.....

feel a bit tension and frustrated..... tot can be home by sunday, but still can't make it....
already been in Perlis about 1 week just to complete my thesis with hard cover.....

arrived Perlis on thursday, 17th of June.... suppose to meet my SP on friday... but see him on saturday....
get back my thesis for minor correction on Wednesday...... damm that a long way to wait......

then edit2 and do correction and pass back on Thursday and tot can get back but delay until friday, 25th June.......

get the approval to do the hard cover.... with out no time waste, hurry back and do some correction and rush to the CC for printing purpose......

the owner of the CC was so annoying with no smile and not friendly..... stress a bit....
print out my thesis with non-color coz the color printer at the CC SUX!!!!'
the make a 4 copy for the other thesis and all of them cost me RM57......
printing= 0.30 x 87
= RM26.10

Double A paper =RM14

thesis copy= 84 x 0.05
=RM16.80

total= RM56.90 ~ RM57

then go the other shop for color printing........
its say "black= 30sen per sheet, Color= 50sen per sheet, own paper=10sen per sheet"
WHAT??????? own paper 10sen per sheet????
damm!!! if i know that shop earlier i had gone to that shop..

what to do... no luck....

print the color page about 37 sheet with 4 copy cost me only RM14.....

then arrange my thesis and send to the hard cover shop...

one book cost RM35... total of book=4.... the cost for hard cover=RM140....

the total of money spend out today just to do the hard cover is about RM210....

what a day.... use a lots of money and had to wait until Tuesday to get the hard cover.......

all of this complete my day today..... after get my hard cover, i will submit to my lect and its the end of my day in Perlis......

Narciso

Narciso... one of the men wear.. probably from Korea....
i know about this brand thru the Facebook....

most of the product had made me feel wanna to buy it....
the product really style and up to date with the trend which most of the people looking toward the Japanese and Korean fashion....

but thinking about my physical, i think that im not suitable to wear this kind off shirt yet....
wait until i built up my body then i will wear this kind of fashion.
for me, to wear this kind of shirt, i need to have a nice body even there is a size for me... hehehe....

when i had a nice body, then what ever i wear will look nice to me especially when wearing the Narciso product....

resume...

rite now in editing my resume so that i can send it to the Jobstreets.com to get a job.....
i tot that doing a resume is a easy task, but it quit difficult to do...
need to think what to put... it is neccessary o not....
but well, i manage to complete my resume...
but did not know either it is totally complete or not....
just try my luck with my resume for my mission to search for a job......

planning for 6 packs....

were planning to shape up my body...
in my mind, i need to make sure several things before i can tune up my body......

1st- loose weight......
2nd- control my food intake.......
  • no more late nite snack
  • no more oily food
  • no more junk food
  • eat slowly
  • eat on time
  • reduce the amount of food taken
3rd- always exercise.......
  • the best way is play basketball everyday...
  • go to the gym and swimming at least 3 times a week
  • do knee strengthen exercise
4th- drink a lots of plain water and no cool water...

if all of these 4 things i manage to do for about 3 months, then, 6 pack is no longer a dream for me.....


Knee strengthing exercise

need to do the knee strengthen exercise everyday or at least
3 times a week.....
most of the exercise were done 3 times....
10-15 reps each times.......
about 5-10 sec each reps.....

the function of these exercise is to strengthen the muscle around
the knee.....
the types of exercise are......

quad sets
straight leg raises
  • to front
  • outside
  • back
  • inside
hamstring curls
heel raises
unilateral stance
heel dig bridging
shallow standing knee bends

daily calorie requirement (DCR)...


just calculate my DCR by using this formula...... (getting from http://cekodok.com/calorie-school.php)

Men: BMR = 66 + (13.7 x wt in kg) + (5 x ht in cm) - (6.8 x age in years)

Women: BMR = 655 + (9.6 x wt in kg) + (1.8 x ht in cm) - (4.7 x age in years)

DCR= BMR x activeness.......
  • Sedentary = BMR x 1.2 (little or no exercise, desk job)
  • Lightly active = BMR x 1.375 (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk)
  • Moderately active = BMR x 1.55 (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk)
  • Very active = BMR x 1.725 (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk)
  • Extra active = BMR x 1.9 (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2xday training)

  1. im a men, so use the men calculation formula....
  2. my current weight is = 95kg.... (p/s: most of people does not believe with my weight)
  3. my current height is = 183cm....
  4. my current age is = 22 years old.... (still young..=D)
  5. im moderately active since i going to gym 3 times a week n play basketball 2 times a week.....
so, calculating.............
my BMR=66+(13.7x95)+(5x183)-(6.8x22)
=2132.9
my DCR= 2132.9 x 1.55
=3305.995 calories/day
p/s-cant imagine that this amount of calories is needed for my body to work......

SNIPERS win!!

back from 3rd game of National Basketball Community League(NCBL)....
SNIPERS against ARIONS @ Batu 11, Balakong, Cheras....
2nd time playing with the team.... kinda upset a bit bcoz cant go all out for the game....
still worried bout my left knee..... but yet, my left knee snap a few second after entering the court due to get the ball.... lucky me that my knee does not hurt like last week game during versus SLASHER.... bcoz of the snapping sound, my play kinda slow down n do many mistake.... such as fumble, run very2 slow for offence and defense... n also its drag my stamina quickly so that i feel exhausted faster that i imagine.... but kinda upset with my performance.... its true wat my team8 say bout me that i dont go 4 training.... so that the bad part of me.. haha.. but i very happy that my team won the game by beating ARIONS 83-58 with our new jersey... really proud with my team performance..... but totally disappointed with my performance.... need to work hard for the next game which is in 2 weeks time....... gud job SNIPERS BASKETBALL TEAMS!!




3rd language....

during my degree study, im taking Japanese language as my 3rd language.....
but due to the lack or none practice, i cant speak or remember any of the Japanese language that i had learn.....
but now, im starting to learn back by my self to improving my 3rd language.......
so if anyone of u out there can help me to improve my Japanese, please help me.....
im really appreciate it...
