Saying good bye...

due to my target to live healthy.......

going to say good bye to unhealthy food especially fast food....

no more KFC, McD, Pizza Hut, and others...

but not Subway....

indeed subway is one of the fast food....

but it is one healthy fast food that good for healthy.....

so Subway will be my choice for fast food....

End of MB Cup...

Snipers was shown the exit by the UiTM Masum team......

we loss to UiTM tonight....

Now focusing on the NCBL this Sunday, 18th July versus the Banturaz team.....

MB CUP

Snipers basketball team has participate in the UiTM Open aka MB CUP.....

were voted in the group of deaths....

SWOOSH (defending champion of MB cup 2008 and NCBL 2009)

UiTM Masum (1st runner up for Masum)

Wasabi (new team)

1st match is on Saturday, 10th July with the result loose to Swoosh 81-55

2nd match is on Monday, 12th July with result Snipers won 48-35

3rd match will be held on Friday night, 16th July.......

the 3rd match will determine who get the 2nd spot for the Quarter Final...

REUNION!!!!!!

hahaha...

this is the last minute ever

the reunion was plan thru the FB msg...

mizi, nik, roy, amin, malik and daus

were decided by Tarmizi who hardly get his holiday after entering UPNM....

this time more members join....

7+1 PERSON...

one person (Fiq) came late after all of use finish eating...

OUR ACTIVITY

gather at Mizi house at Bangi...

at hours 1530, go to MIAT to take Roy n Daus

then go to Bagan Lalang..

at hours 1645, we arrived at Bagan Lalang..

walk by the seaside and taking picture...

nik, mizi, me, amin, daus and roy

at hours 1800, when to Senandung restaurant to selected our food...

our menu....

3 Jenahak bakar, 1.5kg of "sotong goreng tepung", 500g of Patah(maybe thats the name)

and 2kg of Kerang rebus..

at hours 2000, we eat the food

the food and sauce(kicap) is awesome and amazing......

i think about 30 minutes after all the food is clear.... finish...

at hours 2200, we departed back.....

this is one of the best reunion i had ever have...

even my team win, im a bit disappointed with my performance.....

weak in finishing under basket....

Epsilon 04/05 reunion

reunion..... its mean that all of members are present....

but only 5 people present...
