Jom ke Sabah.....

baru bulan januari da plan tok bulan oktober....

merancang untuk membawa diri ke Sabah..

tarikh blom dapat di pasti kan....

tp rancangan bulan oktober tetap akan di jalan...

bajet blom dapat dipastikan.....

tp tiket flight dlm RM200 pergi & blk....

lokasi dituju.......

Labuan------> Menumbuk------> Kota Kinabalu------> Ranau-----> Sandakan

mau lepak disana paling kejap 3 hari & paling lama 5 hari....

hopefully dlm bulan 10 bajet mencukupi la.....

hujung bulan ni bru nk booking tiket.....

pape pown kt tunggu da lihat.....

Lately aku banyak dapat email  and advice dari trainer and gym partner aku....

so aku akan share pe yg dorg share kt aku kt dalam blog ni....

sb aku mahu sume mbe2 aku sihat, fit serta cergas.....
