Basketball Lesson 102

Lesson 102: Increase and maintain stamina and stay fit

  1. Stamina- with better stamina, we can do anything.... so better to have a good stamina... need to developed stamina by doing endurance and cardio workout instead of strength..
  2. Stay Fit- need to stay fit.... went the body is fit, anything we can do.... fit in my point of view is having a good shape of body and also stay healthy....
