training program..

currently is following these two training program......

  1. two hundred sit-ups (http://www.twohundredsitups.com/)
  2. one hundred push ups (http://hundredpushups.com/)
hopefully can follow and do this program until the 6th week......
3 times a week, 5 sets a day......
