Knee strengthing exercise

need to do the knee strengthen exercise everyday or at least
3 times a week.....
most of the exercise were done 3 times....
10-15 reps each times.......
about 5-10 sec each reps.....

the function of these exercise is to strengthen the muscle around
the knee.....
the types of exercise are......

quad sets
straight leg raises
  • to front
  • outside
  • back
  • inside
hamstring curls
heel raises
unilateral stance
heel dig bridging
shallow standing knee bends
