planning for 6 packs....

were planning to shape up my body...
in my mind, i need to make sure several things before i can tune up my body......

1st- loose weight......
2nd- control my food intake.......
  • no more late nite snack
  • no more oily food
  • no more junk food
  • eat slowly
  • eat on time
  • reduce the amount of food taken
3rd- always exercise.......
  • the best way is play basketball everyday...
  • go to the gym and swimming at least 3 times a week
  • do knee strengthen exercise
4th- drink a lots of plain water and no cool water...

if all of these 4 things i manage to do for about 3 months, then, 6 pack is no longer a dream for me.....
