in my mind, i need to make sure several things before i can tune up my body......
1st- loose weight......
2nd- control my food intake.......
- no more late nite snack
- no more oily food
- no more junk food
- eat slowly
- eat on time
- reduce the amount of food taken
3rd- always exercise.......
- the best way is play basketball everyday...
- go to the gym and swimming at least 3 times a week
- do knee strengthen exercise
4th- drink a lots of plain water and no cool water...
if all of these 4 things i manage to do for about 3 months, then, 6 pack is no longer a dream for me.....
